The Chef’s Brief is a short but carefully considered questionnaire designed to give the chef insight into your tastes, preferences, and expectations. Your responses inform the creation of a bespoke five-course tasting menu, prepared in your home and guided by the chef’s vision. The menu itself remains undisclosed and is revealed only on the evening of the tasting, allowing the experience to unfold with intention, discretion, and a sense of occasion.
